Small Style: Casual City Chic

This outfit is simple, but still edgy. The perfect outfit for the city kid or suburban hipster. I am usually not a Walmart shopper, however on a recent rare trip to the store I spotted these amazingly awesome leopard print jeggings. I couldn't resist!  Paired with a simple black tee and low, slouchy black boots, it makes for an easy outfit with a flair. What's not to love?!
