The Nesting House is a haven for eco-friendly mamas and mamas-to-be. What initially caught my eye about the shop was the rack of fashionable, second hand infant and toddler clothing and the extremely reasonable price tags. As an avid bargain shopper, that was the hook and line that lured me into the store. I was thrilled to find that the store itself not only lived up to, but surpassed my initial expectations.
The Nesting House carries a great assortment of excellent, used condition clothing from newborn to toddler sizes. Everything from Target to Tea Collection could be spotted on the racks and each price tag was friendly to the wallet. The shop not only carries second hand clothing and baby gear, but new products as well. There is a great selection of infant personal care items; toys, puzzles and books; handmade clothing; cloth diapers and accessories; and shoes all eco-friendly and all with budget friendly pricing.
The shop also offers several classes and workshops for mamas and their little ones on topics such as new mama support, cloth diapering and baby wearing. The staff is as friendly and helpful as you would expect and the vibe of the store is laid back and welcoming. This shop is truly a gem!
