The Super Healthy Kids Blog is a great source for yummy (and healthy!) foods ideas for kids. Even better than the food ideas are the printable meal plans! That's right, help for those of us who struggle with what to make the family every week. This website has been my goldmine and savior for the past couple of weeks.

The author of the website actually works part time for the Department of Health, so you know she knows a thing or two about creating healthy food options. Not only are the recipes and ideas healthy and tasty, but they are fairly easy to put together as well. Perfect for the busy, but health conscious, mama!

From the creators of WholesomeBabyFoods.Com is the toddler edition of the website. Great sample menus and tons of ideas for healthy and tasty meals that even picky eaters will enjoy. The site is easy to navigate and although doesn't appear to have been updated in some time, still has a ton of recipes. Definitely worth checking out when you're stuck on what to make the kiddos.
